FAQs
Can you recover data from a broken phone?
Yes – we can recover data from many Android and iPhone models.
Important: We cannot bypass security locks (PIN, pattern, fingerprint, Face ID) without the owner's cooperation. We only recover data with your explicit consent and cannot unlock stolen or unauthorised devices.
Pro Tip: If your phone is water‑damaged, turn it off immediately and bring it to us. Do not attempt to charge it or turn it on—this can cause further damage and reduce the chances of recovery.
How long does it take?
Typically 1–3 days, depending on the complexity.
Complex physical recovery (severe damage, cleanroom work) may take longer close to one week.
RAID / server recovery may take longer depending on the complexity. This can go way close to 14 days.
Note: We'll give you a clear timeline during the diagnostic phase. Rush jobs may be available for an additional fee—contact us for details.
Is my data confidential?
Absolutely – we sign NDAs and handle all data with strict privacy.
We sign Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for every data recovery case
We follow Kenya's Data Protection Act and international privacy standards
Pro Tip: We take your privacy seriously. We treat your data as if it were our own, and we never share, access, or view your files unnecessarily. You can be confident that your sensitive information stays private.
