All prices displayed on this Website are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Orders & Payment

By placing an order through this Website, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms. RayTech reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of stock, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched, unless a prior credit arrangement has been agreed upon in writing with RayTech. Accepted payment methods include M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash (in-store only).

7. Delivery & Risk

RayTech Kenya Limited offers delivery services across Kenya. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided. RayTech is not responsible for delays caused by third party courier services, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or events beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. RayTech reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

9. Warranty

All products sold by RayTech Kenya Limited come with a manufacturer warranty as specified on the product listing. Warranty claims must be directed to RayTech within the warranty period with proof of purchase. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
